Law Deans/Professors - Approved Ontario Law Schools
Law Deans/Professors are eligible for call who have met the requirements for admission as set out in By-Law 4, Section 9(2) and Section 11, respectively, and have:
- submitted all documents related to making application for admission to The Law Society of Upper Canada as required by the Office of the Registrar;
- paid the call to the bar fee in the amount prescribed in the Licensing Process Fees Schedule (PDF)
- submitted all call to the bar related documents as required by the Office of the Registrar; and
- filed a "Petition For Call to the Bar and Certificate of Fitness Form (Admission Under By-Law 4, Section 8(1) made under the Law Society Act - Without Examination)". The document must be fully completed, signed and sworn before a commissioner for the taking of oaths. Only originals will be accepted.
