- The application for a P1 licence is dismissed.
- The Law Society may make written submissions with respect to costs within 21 days of the release of the Decision and Order in this matter. The Paralegal Applicant may respond with submissions in writing 14 days following the receipt of the Law Society's written submissions.

- The Paralegal Applicant shall within 30 days of the receipt of this Order advise the Law Society in writing whether he wishes to tender further evidence, solely on the issue of his present good character.
- If he indicates within that period that he wishes to do so, an early date will be arranged for this Panel (who remain seized with the matter), to reassemble, and hear that evidence, and any further submissions arising from the further evidence.
- In the event that he chooses not to do so within the time specified, the Paralegal Applicant's application for a P1 licence is dismissed, and written submissions as to costs can be made in writing by the Law Society within 45 days of the receipt of this order. Any response to such submissions may be made within 55 days of the receipt of this order.
