The Law Society of Upper Canada has repeatedly condemned the harassment of lawyers in Iran, including the treatment Ms. Nasrin Sotoudeh and Abdolfattah Soltani by raising its concerns with the Iranian authorities about the ongoing human rights violations against lawyers.
