Notices of Application and Referral for Hearing

Notices are issued at the beginning of a proceeding before the Law Society Tribunal.

Notices include:

  • notices of application for conduct, capacity, competence, non-compliance, reinstatement or terms dispute proceedings
  • notices of referral for hearing for licensing or restoration proceedings
  • notices of motion for an interlocutory  suspension or restriction of a lawyer's or paralegal's licence
  • notices of appeal
